PROJECT WERRINGTON PATIO

PROJECT TIXEL BARN

This project involved removing the customers old concrete slabbed patio area, putting a new hardcore base down, and digging a foundation to build the matching wall to the new patio. For the finish look the porcelain slabs were primed, laid and grouted and the wall built with coping stones on top to finish it off.

This was converting Tixel, the cow's barn, into a luxurious family home!
This project involved: underpinning the entire building, digging out and laying new floors, rebuilding unsafe structure, a whole new roof with Velux windows, a brand new first floor flooring- joists and floor boards, insulating the entire building including the roof, floors and walls. To conclude this job we plastered it out and fitted skirting boards and architraves.

PROJECT ASH BANK

Here in this project, we completed a rear extension on a house and a garage conversion.
This began with footings for the extension shortly followed by the start of the build. This extension added Two separate spacious rooms alongside one very large downstairs bedroom in the converted garage.
